** IMPORTANT ****

** DEED RESTRICTIONS UPDATE PROJECT ***

** July 7 Board Meeting @ 7:00 PM **

** South Woodland Hills Clubhouse **

The NWH HOA Board values your input, and this project is no exception. Our current deed restrictions are outdated and need to be improved. Updated deed restrictions allow for better enforcement, which results in keeping our neighborhood looking sharp and protecting the property values of our homes.

NOW is the time to get involved. We will have legal representation present at our July 7 Board meeting (7:00 PM @ SWH pool clubhouse) so you can ask questions and provide input. We need your support! This is an important project which affects all of us.

Please make every effort to come, and please inform your NWH friends and neighbors!

WOODLAND HILLS TRAILS ASSOCIATION meets the last Tuesday of each month at the South Woodland Hills Village Community Room at 7 p.m

GARAGE SALES: In the future, our two village-wide garage sales will be held the last Saturday in April and the last Saturday in October. Outside of these two garage sales, all others are a violation of Deed Restrictions. The sale is restricted to your own yard, or neighbors can get together and have one large sale. There is no cost except if you advertise. Once again we will post signs at the village entrances and advertise on our website and Kingwood.com.
